Linda Wisdom was born and raised in Huntington Beach, California. She majored in Journalism in college then switched her major to Fashion Merchandising when she was told there was no future for her in fiction writing. She sold her first two novels to Silhouette Romance on her wedding anniversary in 1979 and has since sold almost eighty novels and one novella to six different publishers. Her books have appeared on various romance and mass market bestseller lists and have been finalists for and won a number of Romantic Times awards. Her titles have been finalists for the Romance Writers of America Rita Award and have been optioned for film and television. She is a charter member of the San Diego chapter of Romance Writers of America and a member of the San Diego and Orange County chapters. She lives with her husband and their furry and feathery brood in Murrieta, California.
